      Avantages

      Very strict on rules and safety. Tries to create the right environment for employees to want to work and stay. Hires the leadership from within the company and provides the necessary training which is great.

      Inconvénients

      It would take some time before the company realize an individual is unfit for the role/job. Both in leadership and associates. So, this can cause a high turnover rate in employees and creates an environment that's unwelcoming for other leadership and new associates.

      Avantages

      What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

      Inconvénients

      No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
