      Avantages

      Management has really done a great job and career development for employees offering training and a clear path to growth in the company. Lots of employee engagement such as discounted food, monthly bbq's, and free stuff.

      Inconvénients

      Cold. The plant is cold (35 degrees) and the hours can be long. They like to say, "we're done when we're done." Hours can vary and OT may not always be there

      Avantages

      What I loved about this job is getting full ownership over my part of the business, and I know a lot of people stick around because they feel a similar passion and ownership. Even though the company is 25 years old, there are still many areas where a much work is needed and therefore great opportunity for new people to come in and make big impact.

      Inconvénients

      No flexibility for employees to work from home when needed, and terrible PTO package. The family leadership is not transparent, makes questionable business decisions.
