Avantages
Work is fun and never dull, ESOP is a good benefit and there are some really great people that work there.
Inconvénients
No training, everyone out for themselves, catty environment, hard work doesn't count anymore, only the "perception of your brand" and gossip counts so people who know nothing advance and people who speak up or have an opinion do not. Directors are being put into place that shouldn't be - they are not experienced and don't know how to do the job of the people who report to them. They rely solely on hearsay and don't judge you on your work.
