Avantages
It's a very welcoming and laid back atmosphere. You become passionate about your job because you are treated so well. You feel valued and a part of a team, and a great team at that. The projects are exciting and the work you do is rewarding. Free snacks, soda, coffee, treadmill desks, dog-friendly, flexible hours, work from home and offsite opportunities. My time at Fractl has given me some of the best memories. The people I met and had the pleasure of working with are the most talented, smart, and lovable group of creative minds. I was excited to come into work everyday and working for Fractl was a privilege and a pleasure.
Inconvénients
As good as it sounds, you have to keep in mind that once a company like Fractl loses a huge account, everyone is gone with it. It doesn't matter how long you've been with the company, they will dispose of you and do so without warning. They will lay off excellent and valuable employees if necessary, and not based off performance, but based off how painlessly your workload can be dropped onto the remaining survivors.
