Inconvénients
The Day Services Facility, in Greene County is a challenging place to work. The management staff there, have been promoted from within, with little to none, staff management training. They use personal politics rather than professinalism in their approach to daily operations. Direct care staff are disrespected and taken advantage of. Pre-approved cash reimbursements are difficult for lower paid direct care staff to obtain, because of lack of concern by department director. Staff evaluations are seldom done. Retaliation is taken by current department director, if any staff speak up for themselves and others.
