You need to put up with an extremely racist ad derogatory culture from top managers. The company also refused to compensate expenses, in excess of $8,000.00. Unfortunately, it is not trustworthy.
It was a small company, so you felt like in family, because you knew almost everyone.
There is always someone to help you in case of any problem at work.
There was never a time without work.
Travel to very cool places and meet great people.
Big party for "All-Hands" meeting, always in a different city. All expenses paid.
Learned a lot.
