      Friendly, no one breathing down your neck, make your own time management.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, Unorganized, sloppy, no opportunities to move up in the business, lack of professionalism, makes minimum wage employees handle manager responsibilities like payroll, scheduling, and group bookings.
