Avantages

My direct supervisor was my saving grace as he was my training class' biggest advocate the entire time we were employed with the company. He is the only reason I lasted the entire year. Happy to have moved on to something else.

Inconvénients

I worked at FirstSource Solutions for a year as a technical support representative within their Hargray Cable project. Extremely outdated software/tools made my job almost impossible to do as these tools would often malfunction. Poor upper management with bad attitudes caused extremely low morale, which affected my own will to perform to the best of my ability.

Avantages

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Inconvénients

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
