Working at my current organization has been a remarkable journey for me. Truly a place where talents shine. This org not only values individual contribution but also provides ample opportunities for growth. Apart from the job, its dedication to maintain a healthy work life balance. They actively promote employee well being through a range of engaging activities. They organize regular events, workshop to create stress free work environment. Finally, I am grateful for the dedicated HR team my organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring that every employee's concerns are heard and addressed promptly. Their commitment to employee well-being is evident in their swift response to inquiries and their proactive approach to resolving any issues that may arise. I appreciate the approachability of our HR team. They create a bridge between employees and management, making sure that everyone needs are met.

Inconvénients

While the company is supportive of growth and has many strengths, one are for improvement where I felt could have been done in my process is On-the job training. Multiply the hands on training whenever possible to minimize to improvise their productivity. Pair new employees with experienced collogues who can mentor them and guide them through their tasks. Mentorship programs, assessments and evaluation or quizzes.
