      Avantages

      A job that enabled me to learn enough to move on to something more worth while.

      Inconvénients

      Management is terrible. No idea what is really going on. US team completely in the dark most of the time with what the Indian counterpart is doing. Benefits are awful. Highest health insurance premium I've ever had.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
