      Avantages

      They hire even if u don't have a degree.

      Inconvénients

      No stability in decision making in mgt.. they fail to retain clients.. they want best confidantes but don't like to pay, no hike or equal to nothing.. I wouldn't recommend if you think you are talented and experienced.
