none apart overtime and mostly well clean toilets and a functioning clean kitchen with enough appliances constantly kept in check by the tireless cleaning staff working around the clock, but without soap dispensers

juvenile work environment, reflects a wide spread culture of abuse endemic in the Maiden City , abusive staff, vicious off-the-radar harassment from co-workers, undetected sexual harassment from female staff in higher positions or intentional crude vile rudeness, continuous theft of unintentionally forgotten belongings by other staff roaming the floors lacking any form of civic education and accountability, poor desk hygiene & working environmental conditions, impossible long term life plans, even if you love the job they'll make sure you hate it. you will not able to hold on the job and will not be able to make any long term plan or invest in steady relationship with a partner on your side and buy a home and plan a future. impossible to keep the job if you don't trade in the abuses directed at you daily, surprisingly mainly not by customers but mostly by co-workers, with a constant dose of submission abusive staff idling for targets, sexual harassment, poor working conditions, female team leaders too young and without life experience scores points on recording grievances "in silence" without a real serious need by causing frictions & sparkling arguments first to then have the proof of an issue, they also intentionally or unintentionally sexualise the working relationship with the male coworker making it extremely odd distasteful and difficult in my experience to hold a fair ground and a leveled exchange , very abusive female staff, any staff/colleagues can walk in to HR and leave a negative remark on you 1/2/3 endless amount times until you get called for some alleged "incidents" that can vary from opening a window or asking another manager for help when you care for a customer that has been failed from the client_company while you are paid by FirstSource-Solutions to provide the customer support service necessary, and the grievances are used as leverage against you to bring the contract to an end as you were left in probation for endless months after months illegally adding a seldom number of extra weeks every times you are found not "keeping_in_line" , for instance being stuck in the pouring rain building up 10 minute lateness to remove your drenched clothing and dry your shoes after a lunch out, you will be marked down as breaching rules when help isn't at hand from your manager as she might be overwhelmed she cant admit it so you are left stuck in a limbo and get blamed for the shortcomings or for asking another female team leader/ manager who for unknown reasons maliciously reporting you for sexism towards your originally appointed female team leader for undermining her as not believing she could have helped you, culture of silence nepotism and verbal mental emotional abuse and sexual harassment from female staff towards male staff, near impossible to keep the job for a man not interested in reciprocating, impossible to invest in buying a house to grow a family impossible long term planning you'll be fired on no grounds just over the spreading of pure fabrications and falsehood. its pervasive mental illness soaking in from every directions. the form of this review might need some adjustment that i have no time to make so i just wanted to give a clean true idea about the company many will end up pursuing employment especially if foreigner and male they are at high risk of not keeping the job, all this is direct results of my observations and experience working fully immersed 80 hrs weekly up to 7 days a week to give some small insight to what kind of ordeal this people are extremely easily capable of forging around a co-worker ..during the late spring period sadly I had to report my ex partner to the police as she kept cold calling me at night on hidden numbers to check my location and I had to do this while at work because the police was either being available in those hours or never be available so I arranged in my off duty lunch time to have the cops car driving quietly near the building behind the green patch outside the perimeter to meet for the interview and lay a report of my ongoing issues that was disrupting my sleep my mental health and obviously denting my work performances from a while which was my main concern at that point, the PSNI as a gesture of kindness called me on my mobile on stand by to give me notice of them approaching the site and decided to drive inside the grounds behind the building for my comfort and to keep it quiet they assumed, sadly I was unaware that 300 people were already squashed on the windows to watch our polite encounter requested by me and soon after i was maliciously marked as someone having serious issues with people and the law and immediately the voice ran trough the entire building across all layers of staff. obviously boosting my morale and favoring career. Subsequently the man in charge with the operations the ops manager (now stepped up in higher position) who was appointed to follow up those vicious staff complaints directed towards me highlighted above, in one meeting alone with my team leader the young woman that was "lost_in_translation" with me said to me squaring the words "you maybe think you are good but you are not that good" referring to a warning for some sort of self induced bias that allegedly would have made me unaware of being dis-likable by co-workers (especially female staff since the one + two separate complaints discussed above came all from females staff that ganged together) then in a second meeting with higher HR representatives all women the same man with the same cow-boy like brazen attitude was electing himself to a sort of paladin in front of the HR female co-workers revealing in front of the senior HR woman that he thought I had issues with women. the working environment morals are completely deregulated anybody can say anything about you and in a place that holds 1000 employees this can create toxic bush fires in seconds my heart sunk and i couldn't believe in what miasma-tic hole I was being pushed for no reasons whatsoever. was pure cruelty. I am socially very sound and quiet successful person with a gentle personality, and usually very self-aware as described by my former psychology professors, going well along with women and male friends or colleagues, who like me for who I am, and I always kept a respectful stance with all, males and especially females so much so that sometimes i have been described jokingly as a "chilled cucumber" sort of character and often I am targeted by abusers because of my soft nature. this is all I am capable to add to this sad review that i feel burdening me with sadness
