      Avantages

      stable working environment with team free sky tv bonus a choice in shift (8 or 10hr shift) friendly on site HR and managers customers not too bad

      Inconvénients

      loss of sky contract Had to take redundancy and felt forced as no help during consultation Bonus structure change all the time Lied to us (free sky for another 3 months as a thank you was pulled)
