We are proud that the vast majority of our employees (in all areas of business and those who work with our concession partners) enjoy a happy and fulfilling career with us. That said, as hard as we try to get it right all of the time, there will be times we fall short. We encourage our employees to give us feedback through their managers, through employee nominated representatives and through our employee survey, so we can continue to learn and improve the way we work. Last year we launched the mental health toolkit which enables our colleagues to have the support and guidance from managers in real time.
