Avantages
1) HR team is good . 2) salary is given correct with out delay.
Inconvénients
1.) Employee Attrition is more, it's mainly bcoz of the over pressure given by the managers...internal politics is more. 2.) Survival depends on for which team you are selected, otherwise its very tough , even you performance is good they will send you out.
