Avantages

The great thing about being at the company is the friendliness of the staff , you find ways to pass away the time with the employees...the opportunity to bonus every month is awesome its just to hard to accomplish . You get off early on Fridays and plus no one works on weekends or holidays.

Inconvénients

The things that in my opinion are not cool is the fact that EVERYTHING is timed ! The time you are on the computer the time that you are on break , the time that you go to the bathroom the time that you go to lunch , the time you walk away to speak to someone, the time that you clock in, or out, anytime that you aren't dialing someone on the dialer you are being timed. Also the commission part is great to have but it takes a month for the money to come in a separate check . They write you up for everything , you really would be miserable if you aren't strong enough to survive. Also everything that you say is being recorded on the phone. Last And certainly not least, SPEED IS EVERYTHING!!!!!
