      I feel truly grateful to be part of First Source. The company offers an excellent work environment with a positive ambiance that keeps me motivated every day. I’m surrounded by supportive colleagues who make teamwork enjoyable and meaningful. A special appreciation to my team lead and manager, whose guidance and encouragement have played a major role in my growth. Their leadership has helped me build strong professional skills and gain valuable experience.

      Avantages

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Inconvénients

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
