      Avantages

      Good company, treated well. We had a union in our shop (non-intrusive) that really got the pay where it needed to be. Not great for drivers or office people.

      Inconvénients

      There is an on-call schedule. Overtime is hit or miss most of the time. Shop management is poorly defined.

      Inconvénients

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
