Avantages
When I worked there the management was the BIG problem and they are still under the same management...The employees were like family (there were about 120 of us) Safety Training was absolutely TOP NOTCH but not now. The drivers now do not drop the students off safely and they seem to not have been trained well at all. I work for another company and I see the unsafe things that they do these days and I fear for the safety of the children. Don't Go There!

See Above sorry I did not separate my pros and cons...No Benefits, they will not let you take time off for personal things such as the Dr. and such, they think that you are unimportant as well as your kids and the gentleman that owns this company meant for his company to be "FAMILY ORIENTED".
