      The starting rate is good.

      Make the same pay if you've been there 10 years or 10 days Lots of over time with only 3 sick days a year.

      Money was pretty good. I enjoyed my time there.

      Lack of communication, Stressful, no sense of a "team" everyone is out for their own.
