      Avantages

      Small company, enthusiastic owner/president, very informal workplace attitude, moved to working form home 100% since 2019. Good salary, ok benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Project management can be a bit chaotic, career advancement difficult due to small size of company.

      My direct boss was nice.

      Inconvénients

      Owner was rarely around, salary was stagnant, and the bonus program never actually paid out.
