      Avantages

      Great Work / Life balance, laid-back working environment, good for learning, good place to work if out of college

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, limited opportunities for advancement, overstaffed, very high turn-over, human resources is terrible, confusing bonus plan that was effective but no one ever used it since it was too confusing.

      My direct boss was nice.

      Inconvénients

      Owner was rarely around, salary was stagnant, and the bonus program never actually paid out.
