      Avantages

      Great location for persons interested in outdoor activities; very close to Yellowstone National Park; actitivities include camping, hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, climbing etc.

      Inconvénients

      Management is completely arbitrary with no clear standards for decision making, no standards for hiring or employee retention; entire operation is ad hoc, permanent crisis, poor customer service.

      Avantages

      Beautiful area, lots of hiking.

      Inconvénients

      Owner and manager are not on the same page. You are expected to act like a robot. I have seen employees get as salted, yelled at by manager, and favoritism. Management lies to you all the time. Empty promises. Employees are aloud to drink and be high while working. This includes working in the kitchen, driving company vehicles and their boats.
