      Competitive benefits package. Office location.

      Inconvénients

      Significant disconnect between compliance protocol expectations and managements willingness to enforce them. On-set issues were met with ineffectual responses that did not solve the problem. Tools and protocols were outdated and ineffective. Perceptible lack of trust and mutual respect between field and senior staff. No genuine concern for worker wellbeing.

      Just like any individual or company working within the filming business, the budget fluctuates depending on the amount of productions active in the area.
