Avantages
Co-workers. Filevine has had some of the best employees. People who were committed and really cared. People who worked hard and looked out for what was best for Filevine. People who would have worked hard until the end. Unfortunately Filevine doesn't value that kind of employee.
Inconvénients
I worked at Filevine for 3 years. Filevine's biggest problem is Ryan. Ryan runs everything because he doesn't trust anyone else. Filevine switches from mass hiring to mass firing. I have see so much turn over in 3 years. If you get into a position with responsibility it will only be a matter of time until you are replaced. Current VP of Sales record is 3 Months. Nobody is safe. Filevine doesn't care about you or your family. Employees have been given a promotion one day and were fired the next. I was let go right after I hit the record for biggest month every for a mid-market account executive. Even great sales numbers don't mean you have a job. There were times that working at Filevine was awesome. I loved it. Unfortunately the bad far outweighs the good. Everything is promised and nothing is given. Their last mass firing was about a month ago. You can see all of the bad reviews. I wasn't even going to write a review but I don't think it's right to try and drown out the honest reviews with reviews from current employees who are asked to help cover things up. I recommend finding a job somewhere else. Work towards your own dream. Don't waste your time building Filevine's. They will kick you to the curb when they feel they have gotten your value.
