      Avantages

      This is a great work environment! They give you a lot of autonomy and have high expectations of what you will do with your time. They reward handsomely. They are located in an area where it is hard to find a good paying job but they create plenty of opportunity to generate a lot of income. Everyone if friendly, helpful and encouraging. When someone is doing well, if benefits everyone.

      Inconvénients

      It is in between towns so the commute may be more that other jobs. Other than that, I really enjoy the job.

      There are some good people there.

      Dishonest. I gave notice to my salaried position to cross over to file savers data recovery. Over 3 weeks I sold $30,000. My acquisition and retention were exemplary along with perfect attendance. They are very openly religious here. So much so that the manager started a conversation about sexual orientation! I expressed my support for the freedoms we have and the progress of society as a whole. By the end of the next business day I was asked to leave and given the explanation of " It's just not the right fit " . Afterwards I was left with no job, the struggle to feed a family and they did not pay me.
