      Avantages

      Very talented and hard-working people, most of them from very top schools Some high profile projects A good name can be used for resume Paid okay, but compared with working hours, I believe it is below average.

      Inconvénients

      One boss decides everything and everyone tries to get his attention Entry-level working on repetitive work every day, cannot see any growth Staff is recognized for working overtime. And some employees are even proud of working late at night and on weekends, which makes it more toxic. The workload is unreasonably unbalanced within teams.

      Decent pay for the industry, but the entire industry gets paid so little

      Act like they are the best, but in fact they just waste a ton of them doing renderings and know nothing about construction
