      Avantages

      Friendly work environment, pretty understanding about time off. Small bank with a pretty usual daily client base allowing you to get to know your customers on a semi-personal level.

      Inconvénients

      Seems bank treats customers better than employees. Have to work a few Saturdays every quarter and even if you are scheduled to be on vacation you could be scheduled to work that Saturday, although you are permitted to switch with someone but it is one more thing you would have to take care of before you can go on your vacation.

      Avantages

      Nice people to work with at the local level..

      Inconvénients

      Infighting between higher-ups in different markets got in the way off getting loans done.
