      Did not experience a single positive thing.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of resource to invest in venues and staff. Lack of support from office. Senior management are seen as people to be scared of rather than supportive, coaching leaders.

      Avantages

      Good team atmosphere, living wage employer helps recruit and retain team. Family run environment and direct communication to the top.

      Inconvénients

      Could be long working hours however that's the norm in the pub trade. Communication could sometimes be confused and a high turnover of management at area and operations level sometimes caused issues.
