Avantages
Fasten is an exciting and fast-paced start-up, which means that you never get to sit still for long. As someone who enjoys being able to get up and walk around, talk to people, and work on a variety of projects, Fasten is a perfect fit. Another feature of the company that is important to me is that no one is too low on the totem pole to be heard. In fact, there really isn't a totem pole at all. All ideas, if thoughtfully conceived and well spoken, are considered. This comes from the company's culture, where as a true start-up, its all about people and their ideas, and very little is about titles and experience (although we do have some kick-ass people with lots of experience).
Inconvénients
The biggest downside to working at Fasten, and it is not a downside to me, but may be to other people, is that it is a lot of work. It is definitely not a nine to five gig, and if you don't handle pressure and deadlines in a mature fashion then this company is not for you.
