      Company wise, good culture and benefits including free lunch People are less aggressive

      Inconvénients

      Tough work. More and more difficult to get promotion. Leadership not treating the team fairly.

      Avantages

      Great work/life balance, but expect to work hard. Good team dynamics and open communications.

      Inconvénients

      Expect a reorg with cuts every 3 years or so. Resource prioritization often seems more tied to messaging value than actual value. Struggling to find a place in the FinTech ecosystem as it's not a giant like LSEG nor Bloomberg, but also not as focused and agile as small competitors.
