Boeing experience. Great coworkers, decent pay (except the laziest employees on the flight line will always make significantly more than you ever will if you put forth even 1/8th of a percent of effort), fair benefits
Inconvénients
Everything else. Dangerous equipment, Negligent practices, Good ol boys club, You are nothing more than a number, and you will quickly learn just how unappreciated you are. People are at a serious risk of losing their license at a place like this.
