      The company is small enough to make and act on decisions quickly. The size also allows all employees access to the executive team, and a chance to see the impact of their ideas and efforts. ISO certified and focused on lean six sigma practices. Great people to work with. A fun environment.

      Inconvénients

      Unsuccessful at growing revenues organically. High customer concentration. Volatile financial results.

      It is what you expect from basic benefits.

      Inconvénients

      The change in management did not make it better, it was working better before. But they are cutting costs and moving everything to a centralized location. No more remote work.
