Avantages
I was recently hired and I can personally say that the process was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with a recruiter named Michele Burns who helped me every step of the way. She was great in providing feedback and keeping me in the loop. It helped make the entire hiring process a bit easier. I am incredibly satisfied with the team that I got placed with. Not only are they hard working but are also friendly. I find the combination of those qualities hard to come by in a corporate age of profits and margins. The leadership team that I've been exposed to and had the pleasure of working with seem to have the right goals in mind as well as the road map to get there. Things are done with purpose rather than on a whim. The hours aren't as bad as they allow people to lead a life outside of work as well as a lot of opportunities to move around and grow.
Inconvénients
Like any big company there is always going to be some bureaucracy and this one is not immune. Decision making will never come at lightning speed and so deliberate decisions are key.
