      Laid back atmosphere, Exclusively Roses is place to have fun

      Inconvénients

      The one thing I would advise is more natural lighting, the fluorescent light is harsh on the eyes

      Co-workers, and bosses both extremely helpful and understanding a very positive place to work.

      Avantages

      Friendly and positive coworkers. Get to be creative with color choices. Easy. Relaxed. Supervisors and upper bosses all nice. Decent communication. Like to do extras for the team, like outings and catering. Bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay no health benefits. Rush weeks can be physically taxing. Can be inconsistent about how to do flower arrangements from trainer to trainer.
