      Avantages

      Flexible schedule Pretty nice and understanding higher up (some of them) Easy job that pays good for a out of college/in college person

      Inconvénients

      Usually, if you want to get promoted , you have to be a good puppy and sit with the higher ups at the parties/cook outs they do from time to time Sometimes they pressure you staying at work , even if you say you are sick and can't come the next day Calling to come extra at work. Again , like a door to door sales man , annoying

      They had a nice break room, allowed up to 30 mistakes with restart the next month

      Inconvénients

      harassment, unprofessional staff, stressful ,not allowed a uniform because if gender orientation for the female employees.
