      Avantages

      There are benefits offered by the company, such as the gym, good package of health insurance, free coffee and tea. The salary is transferred to the employees as it is scheduled, not later than agreed date in the contract.

      Inconvénients

      The duties for customer support department vary. There are times when the workload is intolerable and new agents are not recruited to make the position less stressful. Management is reluctant to listen to the team concerns and make changes for the good.

      Avantages

      Supportive coworkers…interesting line of work. Okay salary, overtime guaranteed if needed.

      Inconvénients

      Very strict, can be exhausting especially overnights. At times could deal with changes and break pushbacks mid shift. Feels like nothing is really planned ahead of time and is done on a whim. Prone to being understaffed overnight and leads to burnout quickly especially during holidays. Strict when it comes to your mistakes, but not their own, for example I was relieved 15 minutes into a 30 minute break, and informed there wasn’t anything they could do about it nor could I get my full 30 at that time and was expected to come back after 15 minutes passed and wait for my next break, yet when I arrived 5 minutes late from a break for the bathroom, I was written up. Disorganized. Don’t recommend overnight unless it’s your cup of tea.
