Avantages
The team itself is very collaborative. There are a few managers who try to help when they can, unfortunately they tend to leave for other opportunities themselves too.
Inconvénients
The amount of turnover in the Recruiting Department speaks for itself. It's the most toxic place I've ever worked. I was not given an exit review, nor did my Supervisor ever even acknowledge my departure. No career growth opportunities. We would told on several occassions that promotions are strictly related to tenure. When discussing raises, we were told "well you took the offer".
