Top ICs are making $500k-$1M+. - Good upward mobiltiy / direction to become a manager - Trip every few quarters for top performers - Nashville, Miami, Mexico, Vancouver, etc. - ESPP stock / Good benefits / 401k / etc. - Zero micromanagement if you're performing - Remote

      Inconvénients

      - Internal competition for clients / rules of engagement can be frustrating but they're dealing with 350+ sales people so its expected
