Worst company to work for. The company kept saying everything was secure and there was room to grow, then suddenly people started disappearing. The original owner and manager were the only ones trying to hold things together. Upper management made big changes without really thinking about the impact, and when things didn’t work, the blame always landed on employees. Expectations kept getting pushed higher without proper tools or support. Communication between teams was all over the place, so you were stuck figuring things out on your own. Upper management can't be trusted. One minute they’re hyping up growth and telling people to bring friends in, next thing you know people are gone. It puts everyone on edge because you never really know what’s coming next. You start second guessing a lot, especially when decisions keep changing with no clear reason. Decisions are made to serve egos, not results. There wasn’t really a clear direction anymore, just constant changes and quick fixes. If you disagree with leadership, you're more likely to be seen as a problem than be heard. Would give this company negative 5 stars if I could.
