      Not a lot of good qualities to offer. Decent FTO/health benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Administrative staff can only move up if you are a favorite otherwise treated in a manner that drives quality talent to seek unemployment elsewhere.

      Avantages

      The benefits are decent if you don't have any health issues

      Inconvénients

      They HEAVILY play favorites, especially on the admin side. If you're not one, it's a living hell. They say it's an "open door" policy, but it's not. No one is responsive to feedback and we were told to "suck it up". Constantly denied sick days and time off request for doctors appointments. It's also supposed to be hybrid, but unless you're a favorite, it doesn't happen
