      There’s always work and not “slow” seasons

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance is not there if you’re on 8 hour shifts, scheduled to work every Saturday and has been for the last two years. Better work life balance on 12 hour shifts. Management could be a lot better.

      All the pros have been taken away

      Inconvénients

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
