      Laid back environment, friendly people, vacation time

      Inconvénients

      have to punch in and out and penalized for missing a punch or being 5 minutes late, penalized for using sick time even with a doctors note, management plays favorites and pools raise money. Favorites get promotions and raises.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
