      The good thing was that the department allowed you to have a flexible schedule.

      It was task heavy and the work does not benefit you as an individual.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
