      Avantages

      Great management style and plenty of protection when you make a mistake. The planes are is great condition and constantly upgraded.

      Inconvénients

      There are a lot of people who have no other work experience and complain often about unnecessary things.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
