      Avantages

      (Position dependant) Fair pay for an on-campus job, convenient to work at school, easy accommodations for scheduling with classes with most offices.

      Inconvénients

      Some offices "baby" student employees, others put a lot of pressure on students. You may be in a position that lacks the real-world job skills that students should learn or you may be overloaded with responsibility.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
