      Embry Riddle has an excellent reputation and and is very safety oriented, you really manage your own schedule with little interaction with management.

      Working at embry riddle will entail difficult working environment with complex airspace and traffic conditions

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
