      Nice benefits: tuition waivers, health care, 3-day weekends in the summer. Pleasant campus work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Promotions and movement within the organization is very political. Lack of leadership consistency among departments.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
