      Avantages

      Overall, ERAU is a great place to work. They have done a lot to foster an excellent company culture. The environment for staff is positive with room for advancement.

      Inconvénients

      I was not given a chance to negotiate my salary. Even though they give annual raises, it's definitely important to make sure that you start at a level that you are comfortable with. Otherwise, it will take a long time to get to that point.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
