Avantages
Elbit has many projects, each from a different domain. The daily work is very interesting and challenging as the technology and the requirements are unique to the customers' needs.
Inconvénients
Elbit is a huge company and with that comes some bureaucracy; some of the processes are slowed down due to this state of mind.
